1)All items are 100% brand new.
2)It takes 10-14 working days for delivery of all the pre order items due to customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.
3)First come first serve basis, whoever pays first will get the items first.
4)Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.
5)No refund is allowed once orders are confrmed.
6)Additional RM5 per item handling fee will be charged if buyer wants to change size/colour ONCE order has been placed with supplier.
7)Buyer should understand the difference between the color of our products on the website and the actual colors due to the monitor setting.
8)Buyer should allow within 1-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
9)We will not be held responsible for any lost/damage of the parcel during delivery.
10)Full refund including postage cost will be granted for defect items ONLY. Any defects or faults must be reported within 24 hours. Any reports after 24 hours will not be entertained.
11)Exchange of defected goods MUST be returned within 7 days after issue reported.
12)The returned goods for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags/labels attached.
13)Any clothes less than 5cm stain will not be entitled for exchange or refund. Return postage will be bear by customer,Cajoyness will only bear the postage for defected goods.
14)Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with the size, color, or fit is NOT allow.Please check carefully the meauserement provided. You can also seek our advice what size best fit to you.
15)Refund will be made once Cajoyness have safely received and inspected the exchange goods.
16)For refund issue,kindly allow 2-3 working days to process.
